We offer free domestic shipping (within continental USA; excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.) 

We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and many other locations. Please check shipping prices on the checkout page.

As a small business, we understand that getting your product as soon as possible is important. We aim to ship the same business day. Cut off time is 3 pm.

Yes, please select the shipping option at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We ship large packages by UPS (1-5 business days, depending on location.) Smaller packages are shipped by USPS. 

All Hero scooters are shipped with signature required on delivery. Please make arrangements to be available when your Hero arrives. 

Hero Rider USA will not be responsible if you have entered an incorrect address and the package was delivered to the wrong address. Please carefully confirm the shipping address.

We will provide you with a tracking number within a few hours during normal business hours.

Damages can occur during shipment to your destination. If your box is heavily damaged or crushed, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". If you open the box and notice damages, please contact us with pictures so that we can notify the shipping company. Do not throw away original box. Usually major damages are not likely to happen. We have had minor things damaged during shipping and we will send you the replacement part you need. We inspect all scooters before we ship them out.
